在專屬橡木桶中充分熟成，然後再與一些年輕 Lambik 及少量浸泡過蜂巢的 Lambik 混合。
其中使用了不少兩年及三年陳的蜂蜜 Lambikken，使整體混合酒在裝瓶時的平均陳年超過 30 個月。
