3 Fonteinen Druif 是將葡萄汁（或葡萄酒）與傳統 Lambic 共同發酵的天然浸泡工藝。
絕不添加任何果汁、糖漿或人造甜味劑。不經過濾及巴士德殺菌。


這款 Druif 使用了2022年夏季於阿爾薩斯（Alsace）Bourgheim採收的芳香四溢的Gewurztraminer葡萄，浸泡於一至三年陳釀的lambik中，時間超過四個月。

其中約80%為較老的lambik，使加權平均陳釀時間超過31個月。
最終成品中，每公升Druif中含有437克Gewurztraminer葡萄，果味濃郁。
九種不同lambik中約有65%使用當地穀物釀造。
此混釀的一小部分也以大瓶裝（magnum）形式裝瓶。
100% 3 Fonteinen出品。
