3 Fonteinen Framboos 是將手工採摘的整顆覆盆子於傳統 Lambik 中緩慢且完全天然地浸泡釀製而成。
絕不添加任何果汁、糖漿或人造甜味劑。不經過濾及巴士德殺菌。

這款特別的 Framboos 採用夏季覆盆子，浸泡時間為三個月。
所用的一年及兩年陳 Lambikken 來自三個不同酒桶及三次不同釀造。
最終果實濃度為每公升 Framboos 含 332 克覆盆子。
裝瓶時加入少量蜂蜜（每公升約 2 克）。
