3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek 是將手工採摘的整顆酸車厘子以每公升 Lambic 配一公斤果實的比例，於年輕 Lambic 中浸泡至少四個月而成。之後再與更多年輕 Lambic 混合，令果實含量達至至少 35%，並即時裝瓶。這些酒瓶會存放於 3 Fonteinen 酒窖中至少五個月，讓 Kriek Lambic 發展成為一款優雅傳統的 Oude Kriek。

3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek 帶有怡人的酸味，隨著酒液在杯中回溫，還會散發出天然的杏仁和肉桂香氣。此酒適合長時間陳放，風味會更加圓潤，但鮮紅的色澤和森林水果的香氣可能會有所淡化。

此款 Lambic 不經過濾及巴士德殺菌，完全天然，無添加任何人造果汁、糖漿或糖分。
